YOUNG WINS 2025 REGISTRAR OF THE YEAR AWARD

Hockey Nova Scotia is pleased to announce that Amanda Young of the Valley Wild Female Hockey Association is the recipient of the 2025 Hockey Nova Scotia Registrar’s Award.
Now in her second year as registrar, Amanda has exemplified the key qualities that this award celebrates: cooperation, preciseness, efficiency, and expediency. Her attention to detail and organizational skill have ensured that the Valley Wild's registration processes run smoothly and that important information is consistently shared in a timely manner.
Amanda's impact extends well beyond her registrar duties. She also handles risk management for the association, manages Valley Wild’s social media accounts, and has served as a dedicated team manager and female presence on the bench for the U13A team—as she previously did with U11A and U11C teams in past seasons.
On behalf of everyone at Hockey Nova Scotia, we would like to congratulate Amanda Young on being named the 2025 recipient of the Hockey Nova Scotia Registrar’s Award. Thank you for your incredible commitment to the game!
