This season, the U11 AA coaching staff impressed many with how they led their team during challenging situations on and off the ice. The coaching staff always took the time to speak to their players individually, providing positive feedback when mistakes were made or guidance was required. The group always found a way to remain calm, cool, and collected, guiding their team in a positive way through difficult times.
The staff's commitment to mentorship and development has helped to inspire a new generation of hockey players in the region.
On behalf of everyone at Hockey Nova Scotia, we would like to congratulate the Valley Wild Female Hockey Association's U11 AA coaching staff on receiving our 2024 Denny Deveau Award.
