Hockey Nova Scotia sanctions tournaments and jamborees hosted by its member associations, and lists them here so teams can find them. Hosting one takes three steps.
How to host a tournament
1. Apply. Complete the Tournament Application and send it to your Regional Director on Minor Council or Female Council. The application has its own instructions.
2. Approval. Your Regional Director reviews the application. Once it is approved, your tournament is an official Hockey Canada event with insurance in place.
3. Listing. Your Regional Director sends the approved application to the Hockey Nova Scotia office, and the office adds your tournament to the Minor or Female tournament list. The lists are updated once a week.
