As we celebrate National Volunteer Week, we would like to extend our gratitude to each and every one of you who make hockey possible throughout our province. Your commitment and hard work are the backbone of the game in Nova Scotia, and we are so grateful for your dedication.

From coaches who inspire and teach our players, to managers who keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, to board and committee members, regional directors, and association executives who work tirelessly to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to experience the best the game has to offer, we are inspired by your passion for the sport we all love.

It is because of volunteers like you that a new generation is able to fall in love with the sport of hockey, too. We know your roles have their challenges. We know they can be difficult. But we want you to know that your selflessness does not go unnoticed.
