This award recognizes Kyle's outstanding contributions as the province's top rep team coach and his unwavering dedication to the development and success of his players.

As a long-time coach with the Weeks program, Kyle has consistently exhibited the qualities of dedication, respect, and fair play that define the legacy of Jacques Comeau. He has been an integral part of the Weeks organization, investing countless hours in the growth and character building of his players. Kyle's commitment to putting his players first is truly commendable, and his passion for their development is evident in every aspect of his coaching.

One of the many ways Kyle has gone above and beyond is by creating instructional video packages, not only for the team as a whole but also tailored to individual players. These invaluable resources have undoubtedly played a significant role in the skill enhancement and progress of his athletes. It is this level of care and attention that sets Kyle apart as a coach who truly invests in his players' success on and off the ice.

Under Kyle's guidance, the Weeks Majors captured the Nova Scotia U18 Major Hockey League title for the first time in over two decades. This accomplishment earned the team the opportunity to represent the province at Atlantics, where they emerged victorious.

Continuing their journey, Kyle's Weeks Majors represented the Atlantic region at the 2023 Men's U18 National Club Championship in Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec. This prestigious event brought together the best young male hockey players from across the country.
