HUNT WINS 2024 CLARY MACDONALD AWARD

Hockey Nova Scotia announced today that Paul Hunt, head coach of the Martello Wealth Bandits, is the recipient of the 2024 Clary MacDonald Award. This award, named in honour of the late Clary MacDonald, a dedicated hockey volunteer, recognizes our branch's coach of the year.
This year, Hunt demonstrated impressive leadership behind the Bandits' bench, guiding his team to a stellar 24-7-1-1 record during the regular season, which secured them top spot in the league.
At the Nova Scotia U15 Major Hockey League’s provincial championship, Hunt led his team to a dominant 5-1 record and a Nova Scotia title.
This winning performance earned the Bedford-based team the privilege to represent the province at the Atlantic championship, where they proudly captured the bronze medal.
On behalf of everyone Hockey Nova Scotia, we would like to congratulate Paul Hunt on being awarded the 2024 Clary MacDonald Award.
