FEMALE U18 ROSTER ANNOUNCED FOR 2024 ATLANTIC CHALLENGE CUP IN MAY

DARTMOUTH – Hockey Nova Scotia is proud to announce the 20 players who will represent the province in the Female Under-18 division at the 2024 Atlantic Challenge Cup later this spring.

The two goaltenders, six defence and 12 forwards were selected to Team Nova Scotia following a High Performance Program camp in December that brought together 52 of the province’s top female hockey players. The event was held at the Pictou County Wellness Centre from Dec. 21-22, 2023. Players were also evaluated and tracked by the coaching staff throughout the 2023-24 season both in-person and online.

The team will be led by head coach Craig Clarke, assistant coach Madison McClure, assistant Cameron Scott, and goaltending coach Kate Spooner.

The Female Under-18 team will now compete at the 2024 Atlantic Challenge Cup in Dartmouth, N.S. The regional event is scheduled to take place from May 2-5, 2024 and will also feature provincial teams from Hockey New Brunswick, Hockey PEI, and Hockey Newfoundland and Labrador.

The complete team roster can be found below.

Hockey Nova Scotia would like to congratulate all 20 players for being named to the final roster and wish them the best of luck at the event in May.
