Hockey Nova Scotia is proud to announce Ronnie Donovan as the recipient of the 2025 President’s Award.

This award was created in 1988 by former Hockey Nova Scotia President Ken Mantin and is presented annually to an individual who, in the opinion of the president, has made a remarkable contribution to the sport and has provided outstanding service to amateur hockey throughout Nova Scotia.

For many years, Ronnie has been a dedicated and valued volunteer with the Hockey Nova Scotia Risk Management Committee. His commitment to our game, his professionalism, and his unwavering dedication have earned him the respect of those he works with.

Ronnie always goes above and beyond in his volunteer role, approaching his position with integrity, thoroughness, and care. He brings a thoughtful and measured perspective to his work.

We are fortunate to have someone as committed, reliable, and professional as Ronnie as part of our Hockey Nova Scotia team.
