Hockey Nova Scotia is proud to announce that the Acadia Minor Hockey Association's Nick Levy is the recipient of our 2022 Development Coordinator of the Year Award.

A dedicated hockey dad, Nick was a vital member of the Acadia executive this past season. Already busy with his demanding duties as ice scheduler, Nick also offered up his time to volunteer in a development role for the association when the need arose.

Thinking outside the box, Nick found new ways to make skill development entertaining and keep his association's players engaged. Working with experienced coaches and university players in the community, Nick helped Acadia's players find growth in their game. He also created a plan that incentivized learning.

A committed and passionate hockey volunteer, he put an emphasis on fun and he raised the bar for his association. The Acadia Minor Hockey Association is happy to have him helping to lead the way on their team.
